On January 7th, It was a night of mixed emotions for Daniel Ohlin when he took to the stage with Morbid for a reunion show in Stockholm. The event was bittersweet, as it marked the first time the group had performed together since 1988, 3 years before death of Ohlin’s brother and former frontman, Pelle.
The setlist included many of the band’s classic songs, as well the special appearance of Watain’s front man daniel erlandsson on the drums.
It was clear that Pelle’s presence was still very much felt by the band and their fans, and his memory will continue to live on through their music.
