Finn Håkon Rødland is the curator of the “De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas” Exhibition.. Opens Friday at 15:00 (Norway Time).
“I had the honour of working on the 25th Anniversary of the iconic MAYHEM album “De Mysteriis Dom. Sathanas” for two years time in 2019-2020, resulting in a historical Box set, documenting this important era with 4 vinyl and a 96 page book with interviews and reflections from the band and friends.
I have the pleasure of presenting a MAYHEM photo exhibition from my collection in Grieghallen Friday and Saturday. I can promise you a couple of stunning never before seen pictures with Mayhem from their stay in Bergen during the vocal recording for the album in May 1993, courtesy of Attila. The guided tour with Pytten will conclude at this Exhibition, and everyone attending the concerts in Grieghallen will also have access. Mayhem, Emperor and Enslaved will play in @grieghallen this Friday, in the very same building where they recorded their genre defining albums in the early and mid 90`s.
Erik Danielsson (WATAIN) will do a DJ-set in the Mountain King tent after the opening of the exhibition.
